Neighborhood Network Centers
Neighborhood Network Centers (NNC) offer ongoing technology training. YMHA staff teaches computer literacy, basic keyboarding/typing skills, and provides training on various software.
NNC has two training sites:
Rockford Village, located at 1402 Dogwood Lane, Youngstown, OH 44505. This site services residents in Rockford Village, Victory Estates and Kirwan Homes.
Monday-Wednesday 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Monday & Tuesday 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Westlake Community Resource Center is our second site, which services residents in Westlake Terrace Homes and Brier Hill.
Wednesday2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday-Friday 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
One of the many goals for NNC is to assist residents in acquiring basic keyboarding/typing skills, increase computer technology skills, job searches, etc. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of all the programming available to them at both training sites.
